GTween Beta 4 released

Posted on | December 18, 2008 |

Grant Skinner has released GTween beta 4.  As he claims, this is the final beta of the library, and it’ll be available only in beta for this release because there is a chances to have a major enhancement in API further. New demos are also expected before the final.

There are various changes made to make it more robust but to list the main new feature in this release is a more robust synchronization model which allows you to synchronize child tweens to the delay, beginning, end or duration of its parent. This release also includes the GTweenFilter class (<0.5kb) which a number of people have been patiently waiting for.

There are a number of bug fixes, demos, and a MultiTween class that allows user to tween multiple objects to either the same destination property values, or different values using a single tween instance.

Both of the new classes are extremely useful.

You can view the latest documentation, and download the latest version of the library at gskinner.com/libraries/gtween/

A great Christmas Gift !!!
