Hi This is Anand Vardhan, friends call me Anand and I am 29 years old. I am a Software Architect specialized in Rich Internet Application development and web design. My skills consist a wide variety of today’s standards in web technology, such as: ASP.Net, Flex, ActionScript, Ajax, PHP, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, CSS, Database Design, SQL Server, OpenSource Databses, Currently, I work full-time for Capgemini Financial Services Ltd. with a team of RIA experts. We develop powerful enterprise applications for financial sector.
My career started as a web developer way long back in 1998 (I was a kiddo that time). I did my graduation with a specialization in Electronics. Further I pursued my Masters in Computer Applications.
I always wanted to work in a non traditional programming environment with a vision of developing extremely rich interfaces. Hence I made no time adopting Flash/Flex and ActionScript or probably all Adobe technologies. I consistently strive to stay up to date with the latest technologies. Though I am cautious when it comes to using the latest and greatest in a production environment, I look forward to working with new technologies, programming languages, and frameworks.
I love Movies, Outing, travelling and not to mention Beaches. A born Cancerian, I gel with almost any group very easily thus has a huge list of friends. I thank God for that J. Contrary to my profession, I am a die hard fan of Urdu poetries thus you can find me reading Urdu poetries that reading English novels. Novels make me bore and I just can’t stand with Cricket. I am a water baby thus my best past time would be a dive in a swimming pool.
